These Terms of Service govern your use of the DOS I BROS Mobile Detailing website (dosibros.com) and the booking of our detailing services. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
DOS I BROS Mobile Detailing provides mobile car and motorcycle detailing services, including but not limited to washing, interior cleaning, paint enhancement, and ceramic coating, performed at a customer's provided address within our service area (Winston-Salem, Clemmons, Kernersville, Lewisville, Pfafftown, Rural Hall, Advance, King, and surrounding Forsyth County).
Quotes & Pricing
Prices listed on this site are starting prices ("+") based on a vehicle in typical condition. Final pricing may be adjusted based on vehicle size, condition, or specific requests, and will always be communicated to you before work begins.
Site Access for Service
Mobile service requires the customer to provide a standard outdoor power outlet and reasonable water access at the service location. If water access is unavailable, we may use our onboard emergency water supply where practical, subject to availability. Failure to provide adequate access, power, or a safe working area may result in rescheduling.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you contact us as soon as possible by phone or text if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Vehicle Condition
Please disclose any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or areas of concern before service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, but will always walk through the vehicle with you before and after service.
Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concern about completed work, please contact us directly so we can address it.
Limitation of Liability
DOS I BROS Mobile Detailing is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, mechanical failures unrelated to our services, or damage resulting from undisclosed vehicle issues.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
